If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase simply return it to us with all packaging, at the address below within 14 days of receiving your order and we will exchange it for an alternative product or refund your money. (Please use a recorded delivery service as we cannot be held responsible for any loss of your parcel on the way back to us).

Due to the obvious health and hygiene implications with adult goods. For the goods to be returned if they are not broken the following terms have to be met:
- The goods must be unused.
- The goods must be in their original condition & packaging.
- Goods that are not heat sealed in the box are non refundable and non exchangeable.
- Items supplied in sealed packaging that have been opened are non refundable and non exchangeable.
- The goods must be received back within 14 days from the day you receive your order.
- Lingerie and items of clothing are non refundable and non exchangeable.
- Videos and magazines are non refundable and non exchangeable.
If we suspect that the goods have been used or any of the above conditions are not met then we reserve the right to return the goods.
Please note: Postage and packaging is non refundable
To return a defective product, you must return the product within 30 days of purchase.
