All products are shipped discreetly in a brown box with absolutely no indication as to the contents.
All goods are despatched by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery.
This means goods have to be signed for and will not be left on your door step or with neighbours.
This enables a fully discreet service.
If you are not in when your parcel arrives, Royal Mail will keep the package at their local depot for 7 days enabling you to pick it up. After 7 days, the parcel is then returned to us.**
We will endeavour to despatch goods that are in stock within 2 working days. If for any reason we are out of stock, we would expect to despatch the goods within 12 days.
UK Delivery Charges
Goods are dispatched by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery if the parcel weighs less than 1.35kg. Over this weight then goods are sent via a courier service.
- UK Delivery charge:-
- Up to £20 of goods = £2.00
- Up to £50 of goods = £2.50
- Up to £80 of goods = £3.00
At this point goods are more often than not are having to be sent by courier so slightly higher charges apply
- Up to £120 of goods = £4.50
- Up to £160 of goods = £6.00
Remote Location Delivery Charges
Remote locations cost a premium to reach by courier. If your parcel requires this additional shipping charge we will advise you.
Republic of Ireland
Goods are dispatched by Royal Mail International Recorded Delivery if the parcel weighs less than 2kg. Over this weight then goods are sent via a courier service and unfortunately is charged at a International shipping rates as this is classed as Europe.

Goods are dispatched by Royal Mail International Recorded Delivery if the parcel weighs less than 2kg. Over this weight then goods are sent via a courier service.
Europe and Republic of Ireland Delivery Charges*
- Up to £20 of goods = £6.50
- Up to £50 of goods = £8.50
- Up to £80 of goods = £12.50
Rest of World*
Goods are dispatched by Royal Mail International Recorded delivery if the parcel weighs less than 2kg. Over this weight then goods are sent via a courier service.
- Up to £20 of goods = £14.50
- Up to £50 of goods = £16.50
- Up to £80 of goods = £20.50
* These prices are a guide only. Most standard orders will fall into the above break down but we reserve the right to pass on any additional costs if the parcel is especially heavy and requires additional courier charges.
**Redelivery Charges
Should you fail to pick up your order from the local depot once the initial delivery attempt has been made, the parcel will be shipped back to us after 7 days. There will be an additional charge payable to redeliver your parcel to you.
